1. Return

If you choose to return the products you must send back the products within 03 (three) days of delivery. The product will be sent in our poly packaging (intact) if it's already opened or broken don't receive this from the courier and immediately inform us. The reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met which are described below:

  • Delivery of the wrong item
  • Delivery of defective Product
  • Delivery of products with missing components
  1. Refund and Cancellation

If the product is not available in ifixitbd stock, the authority may cancel any order within five working days. If the customer agrees to wait for the product (s), the order may remain in open/processing/hold status for a maximum of 30 days.

In the case of clause (a), if the customer has already made an advance payment against the order, the customer will receive a full refund within 1 - 15 working days. If the customer received any cashback, the received cashback amount would be adjusted with the refund amount.

After confirming any order, if the customer cancels the order and the customer already makes an online payment against that order, ifixitbd will charge an online gateway transaction fee while disbursing the refund amount.

Damages due to the product's misuse

Incidental damage due to product malfunction

Any consumable product that has been used or installed

Items with serial / UPC numbers tampered with or missing

Any damage/defect which is not protected under the assurance of the manufacturer

Any product that is returned without any original packaging and accessories, including the package, the retailer's packaging, if any, and any other item(s) originally included in the shipped product(s).

N.B: Replacement of the product is subject to availability on iFixitbd You may need to wait for more days to receive the product.

Please read our product descriptions, price and warranty policy carefully before place an order. Once you placed an order, we won’t give you any refund if the product is not compatible with your devices, or you suddenly changed your mind about using it or you mistakenly thought it’s a different product.

  1. Shipping charges:

Shipping charges are non-refundable if your issues match the return policy, you can return the item to iFixitbd on your own cost. We will check the product and send a new item to you if required with our cost policies.
